I interviewed for the six month contract position, what I felt is that they are taking the shot in the dark becasue the candidate that they invited to interview with are not in line with their needs. They are looking for a senior but qualifications shown on the JD is a junior with only required 2-3 experiences.
The work experience and the length of work are written crystal clear on the resume, it is really unprofessional and waste of the candidate's time.
