第一次面試： - Salary The salary for this position is expected to be around 45k~50k per year. Additionally, the company offers a fixed 14-month salary every year, which includes year-end bonus. However, HR mentioned that they have provided 15~20 months of salary in the past few years. - Overtime: The boss stated that he cannot confirm whether they can provide payment for overtime or not until he hears from higher-ups. - Working hours - 9~10.5 hours - Working environment - The factory is very old and gives the impression of a traditional factory that we can easily imagine. - Boss's demeanor or attitude. - I feel that the boss who conducts business during business hours may not always have a pleasant demeanor or attitude, but I don't think he would give me a bad face without reason. However, I am not sure if he would talk to us as friends outside of work. I cannot confirm the boss is happy in this work. - HR’s demeanor or attitude. - I met two HR and they give really good impression to me. It make me feel that they are happy in this company.
