Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to Louisa Coffee's standards.
Engage with customers, taking orders, and providing excellent service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area.
Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the cafe.
Stay informed about new products and promotions at Louisa Coffee.
Qualifications:
Passion for coffee and customer service.
Experience as a barista is preferred but not required.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
