The interview process consisted of four stages:
First interview: This included an English language assessment, a logic test, and an interview with a team member conducted in both English and the language the candidate applied for.
Second interview: This was an interview with the operations team's manager, focusing on basic interview questions.
Third interview: This was an interview with a Vaco manager from the US to get to know the candidate better.
Fourth interview: This was a final interview with a Google US manager, also to get to know the candidate better.

The job was based at HTC's office in Xindian (Google rents half of the floors), a large, generic office space.
Employees received free, unlimited food and drink, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with options like a cafe, tea shop, fruits, vegetables, bento boxes, a buffet, Laya burgers, pasta, and dumplings.
Employees used a company-provided green card to purchase food.
Other than the free food, the company didn't offer many benefits.
After four years of service, employees only received a ~2000 NTD reimbursement for a health check.
The yearly bonus was 1.5 months' salary minus 3000 NTD.
Three additional bonuses (Lunar New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival, and birthday) were 3000 NTD each.
There was usually one year-end dinner with a budget of 1000 NTD per employee, and occasional additional gatherings or dinners.
The company did not provide any growth opportunities.

How to prepare for the interview:
To reiterate, the interview itself will only consist of basic interview questions. The assessments are straightforward and should pose no problems for those fluent in English and the language being interviewed for.
Do you recommend this job:
It's an ok entry-level job, but the tasks, such as reviewing Google Surveys and Brand Lift Studies, are repetitive. There are opportunities to join sub-teams, including Business Intelligence, Quality Assurance, and Trainers.
Other considerations:
Working as a vendor for Google does not provide any advantages or special consideration for future employment opportunities at Google. Google maintains a strict separation between its full-time employees and temporary staff, including contractors and vendors, to avoid any potential legal complications. Therefore, maintaining realistic expectations regarding future employment at Google is advisable.
