第一次面試：With our delivery manager, she asked about some fundemantal knowledge in finance such as "Give me an example of endowment", "What is IRR" and will ask you about your most memorable experience and how do you address conflicts with teammates. 第二次面試：With our delivery manager and an private equity associate from Munich office, will ask you about more technical questions such as how do you evaluate private equity fund performance, financial modeling qustions ( DCF, Comparables and how to derive it) 工作環境：Small company but healthy culture, you can always reach out for answers anytime and rarely work overtime. Definitely will learn a lot of private equity industry during the internship.
