職務說明 1.CO-work with RD develop 3DIC & new technology 2.Machine optimization to improve production capacity 3. Warm up and trouble solve with high tech. equipments. 4. Improve and enhance the efficiency of equipments. 5. Plan and execute the analysis or defect detection projects. 6.
